OTARI DTR-900
       This 32 channel digital audio tape recorder includes the CB-137 remote control unit and the CB-761 level display unit with the LED meters for each channel. It also comes with the roll around stand and cable for the remote. It does not come with a power cable or books. There are only 2,300 hours on the head. This machine cost over $200,000 new, ten years ago. It was part of a surplus acquisition.  I have never used the machine. I have never powered the machine up. It came out of a major post production house in L.A. All the cards are fully populated. It is in excellent cosmetic condition. It has both front doors. It has all the cards except for the optional aux card. I am selling it as pictured. It has a built in one inch splicing block in front. The unit weighs 600 lbs., has handles & casters. FOB Phoenix, AZ. Shipping is at the buyers expense.

I purchased this recorder on Ebay over a year ago, and since its receipt it has not been used.

I found that there is one power supply missing, and I purchased a comparable PS unit, but it is a different size, but the with necessary power output.   I haven't been serious about testing it or offering it for sale at all.  I have only recently made this item available, and I would consider selling it for about $4K + shipping charges.
